Everyone is a potential donor!

We all have the ability to donate our time or money, or we know of someone who can. The Procurement Overview includes procurement "how to" and ideas. It's an excellent resource for potential donors and parents. Because our PTA is considered a non-profit, the value of your donation is tax-deductible.

  • How much does it cost? $55 per person. Checks made out to the Arbor Heights PTA or AHPTA.Invites can be picked up after school at the front lobby or at the main office.
  • What should I wear? Wear what's most comfortable for you! I'm a jeans girls myself, but some prefer a skirt and can actually WALK in heels. Not me. Boys, just find a shirt that doesn't have paint on it.
  • How can I pay for items that night? At check-out: cash, checks + VISA and Mastercard are accepted (no American Express, Discover or Debit). Transactions during the event will be made using your bid number (for drinks, games, auction items, etc)
  • Can I preview the catalog? YES! The catalog will be posted when available.
  • What if I can not attend? There are other ways to help our school. You can simply make a donation to the PTA's auction. With the auction invitations, R.S.V.P cards are included. On these cards, there is an cash donation option. Please feel free to give what you can. Any amount helps and no amount is too little.
